The ADE SPRAY SYSTEM was purpose-built to make the core job of a water truck easier and safer by giving operators simple, intuitive controls. But operating the spray system is only part of the task – knowing how much water to apply and where, is what truly makes the difference to a safe and functional haul road.
ADE’s comprehensive, tailored program equips water truck operators with the knowledge to make safe, informed decisions based on road conditions, seasonal changes and weather impacts. They’ll also gain hands-on skills in using the full range of intelligent spray functions from water coverage rates, precision spot spraying to full flood mode – helping reduce water use, maximise dust suppression and most importantly, improve on-site safety.
Operator training is conducted onsite over two consecutive days at shift changeover, ensuring all four crews are captured without interrupting operations.
