Le Tourneau L1150 Wheel Loader Folding Access System

Description
Access ladder is fitted to the left side of the tractor for improved access to the operator cab. The ladder folds and stows in the vertical position for normal wheel loader operation. When required, the ladder can be unfolded at the press of a button.

Control
Push button controls are mounted in the operators cab and at the left hand rear fender. These operate on a “dead man” switch function for optimum operator control and safety.

Safe Access
Provides safe access and egress for operation and maintenance of the wheel loader (for operator and maintenance crews).

Hydraulic operation
A stand alone hydraulic power pack with a single stage solid state hydraulic sequence powers the access system.

Safety functions
Electrical and hydraulic interlocks prevent inadvertent operation. Provision is given for audible and visual warning devices to be activated while access system is in motion.

Designed in accordance with Australian standards AS1657 – 1992 : Fixed platforms, walkways, stairways and ladders - Design, construction and installation and AS3868 – 1991 : Earth-moving machinery - Design guide for access systems.
